What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives broken or damage please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging me immediately with a photo about any defects/damage. I will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect/damage could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control. A full refund or replacement item will be given.


How do I wash my custom made Shirt?

Machine wash cold
Do not put in the dyer machine
No bleach.


International orders

If you choose first class shipping, this does NOT include tracking or insurance if your item arrives damage. USPS will most of the time scan and track your package until it leaves the U.S. Once it leaves the U.S it is up to the individual carrier if they will continue to scan and track package. Many times it will stop tracking halfway to the destination and I have no proof if it was delivered. For this reason we recommend Priority Shipping. It provides tracking and insurance if the package is lost or damaged.

We will not issue a refund for lost/stolen/damaged/incorrectly delivered packages.


I ordered the wrong size shirt, can I return it?

No, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We have size charts for all of our tops in the photos with each listing. Please understand that each item is handmade to your specific order (color of shirt, size of shirt, design on shirt). This ensures that each item that you receive is in perfect, brand new, never before worn condition.

We do not mass produce any of our products, these are made to YOUR order and not resold. Please check size chart to find the best fit for you.

We want you love the order you receive. Message me with any questions to help you choose the best size.


How do I personalize or request a custom design or a order?


Orders placed without a request will be made without any personalized details.

If you have requested a custom design, you will receive an message with the Mock up(rendering). You can make any necessary changes until you are 100% happy with the final result. Failure to respond will result in product being made without approval. We try our best to make the product the way you envisioned. Communication is key. Please respond to any messages you received in regards to your order. Delays in your response may cause a delay in your order.

We try our best to respond quickly to any messages. Messages left after this time is considered the next business day.

We do not work or answer questions on Sunday. We take this time to worship and spend time with our families. Rest assured all questions or concerns will be taken care of promptly on Monday.

Shirt Brands or Substitutes

From time to time a particular color or size will be out of stock from the brand advertised. If that happens I substitute it for a equal brand or better. Never less/cheap quality.

Priority is 1-3 Business Day Shipping
Priority Express* is 1-2 Day Shipping

I DO NOT guarantee a delivery date. There are USPS delays that are out of my control.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we don't have any control over when you ultimately receive it. Sometimes we will ship an order and the carrier will fail to scan it right away, meaning, the tracking information makes it appear your package has not left here when in reality it has. If your order left our facility and is still in transit to you, we are unable to make the carrier deliver the package any faster If time is of the essence for your order, we suggest using USPS Next Day express.



Returns and exchange details

Due to the customized nature of each item, refunds/cancellations WILL NOT be issued, with the exception of a mistake on our end. Once your order is placed it is already in production as we have to order your shirt in the size and color you have requested.

Please take a look at your product/ invoice upon receipt. After 2 business days we will mark your order as satisfactory and refunds/ exchanges will no longer be issued.
